No confusing depot charges or hidden travel time. The main things to know are below.
Hourly billing begins only when we reach your property, not when we leave the depot.
Time is billed in 15-minute increments so you only pay for the time needed on site.
Renovations and larger plumbing projects are quoted upfront — no surprises.
Standard weekday rates for service, repair and maintenance work.
Book ahead and pay less. Same-day and urgent work is charged at the standard rate; work you schedule in advance on a weekday is $10 an hour cheaper.
